Ato Autumn/Winter 2008

Given the amount of love Ato’s footwear receive, it’s easy to forget that they make clothes as well. Given the amount of colour in their footwear, their main line is actually quite subdued, focusing more on shapes and patterns rather than colours. Coarse Toys - NOOP Show in Berlin

Coarse Toys will bring their NOOP show to Germany after a successful debut earlier this year at Chicago’s Rotofugi. The exhibition will promote some new designs from the vinyl specialists as well as showcase their latest masterful productions. Seems that the problems facing the big 3 American auto makers aren’t affecting Bentley’s business plan. Bentley just unveiled their most opulent model yet, the Azure T. The T is a limited, faster, more exclusive and more decadently appointed version of Bentley’s ”pedestrian” model. Some of its unique features include a gleaming chrome hood ornament, a diamond-tufted leather interior and bejeweled fuel filler. Under the hood, a hand-built twin-turbo V8 that propels the 5,700 pound car from 0 to 60 in 5.2 seconds. Kick it enough and you’ll hit 100 mph in 12.1 seconds on your way up to 179 mph. LG Prada II + Prada Link Bluetooth Watch

LG’s newest high-end fashion phone, the Prada II, will now be releasing with a matching Bluetooth Prada watch to go with it. These will not be bundled but sold separately. Available now in the UK, the Prada Link watch will go for around £250 ($376 USD), and the LG Prada II will go for a hefty £475 ($715 USD). The phone features a convenient slide-out keyboard with 3G, Wi-Fi, a full HTML browser, and a nice 5 megapixel camera. The Prada Link is a sleek, sophisticated looking Bluetooth watch that can control the phone’s features remotely as well as displaying text messages for your convenience.

Public School Goodland Jacket

Rather young brand Public School has caught our interest right from the beginning, when we first saw the collection at Capsule in New York. The smart addition of little details and interesting cuts made them stand out, without the use of color at all actually.

In their Autumn/Winter 2008 collection we came across the Goodland Jacket. The black varsity style jacket comes with a heavy wool exterior and debatable leather sleeves, thus you can also wear it as a vest.

Custom Louis Vuitton iPod Case For Karl Lagerfeld

Case does not really do justice to this piece that Louis Vuitton created for designer Karl Lagerfeld. The Louis Vuitton iPod case houses an entire army of iPods, as well as a full speaker system. The box comes in black leather and carried on the top Karl’s initials.

Keiichi Nitta x RIO T-Shirts

Japanese photographer Keiichi Nitta gets together with RIO on a series of t-shirts. The tees feature his signature provocative nude photography, a style that he is known for. Overall they made three t-shirts, coming in black and in white.

These will be released soon at Stitch Tokyo.

Final Home x G-Shock Mini

Japanese brand Finale Home and G-Shock worked on two watches. There is a white colorway and a black colorway, both coming in a simple design. The inspiration for the watches comes from rescue bracelets, stating the name and information of a missing person.

The Final Home x G-Shock watches are now available at Caliroots.

Lad Musician Bulky Mohair Knit Cardigans

We love Japan’s Lad Musician for many reasons. The most important being that you can indeed find the line outside of Japan - both in the North America and the EU. Another being that they make the basics that are built to last. Their collection of mohair knit cardigans are right on target with their long form fit and knit work. Seeing as Mohair is considered stronger and more durable than wool, it’s no surprise Lad Musician used this textile in production.

BBC | Ice Cream “Globe” Gloves

If you lack the manual dexterity to throw up the infamous Star Trak/Vulcan handsign, BBC | Ice Cream unveil their “Globe” gloves. In Ninja Turtles/Nike Air Rift fashion, the gloves are seperated between the middle and ring fingers. The fleece body features logos on both the backhand and two-toned palm. Reebok Bowery Pop-Up Shop NYC

Celebrating 20 years since the inception of the iconic Pump model, Reebok launched their inaugural pop-up store in a 3,000 square-foot art gallery in the Bowery. Inspired by the human highlighter trends of the 80’s fashion scene, the store is completing transformed into an episode of the Fresh Prince with a flurry of colorful sneakers and apparel. Open until December 14th, the store will see a different New York themed Pump release every week of its opening with the current selection boasting the previously previewed “Bodega” model. Along with hoodies by Roland Berry, other guest designers will be enlisted including Dean of the Rhode Island School of Design, John Maeda.

It’s another killer collab! Visvim and Dita teamed together to create these two pairs of sunglasses. The ones above feature a dark tortoise color, while the ones below feature a black fleece, both come in sweet leather cases. Available outside Japan, but of course, at a premium price at some upscale shops and Dita Legends flaship stores.

G-Shock x LRG 10th Frogman Anniversary Watch

Louis Vuitton Enters Skate Market

Obviously the title is a joke, but with the re-opening of their Omotesando Store in Japan, Louis Vuitton has released two new sneakers, that look a lot like your favorite Vans. Actually they are pretty much exactly the Sk8 Hi’s and Lo’s. The hi top sneaker comes with denim side panels and the LV signature monogram design. The lo top sneaker is a little bit more subtle and features the monogram embossed.
