Japanese designer, Miyuki Minami launched her Itazura line in 2003 after having worked in apparel for years. The name Itazura comes from children's books. "Itazura swim around freely in the world of adult and the world of children,like Peter and Wendy in Peter Pan,written byBarrie james matthew. It is the world where the adult,who has learned to conceal cleverly,wants to peep in again." Her menswear collection for Fall/Winter 2008 plays on this theme with androgenous looks that fit oversized at times.
